Partners & Supporters

Here are a few of the partners and supporters that make the parade possible.

The SF Eagle Tavern is a legendary gathering place for people who identify with the Leather community. Styled as a “biker bar” with an outdoor courtyard, The SF Eagle is famous for hosting many popular events including a Sunday afternoon ‘beer bust’ with food included.

Folsom Street Events is the charitable organization that manages and promotes the world-renown Daddy of all Street Fairs, The Folsom Street Fair.  This annual BDSM and leather subculture street fair, held on the last Sunday afternoon in September, in San Francisco’s South of Market district is truly epic.

Since 1989, The Lone Star has been open for business and serving bears and bikers with a distinctive hospitality that finds it’s way into people’s hearts.   Countless encounters start here, some quite notably leading to enduring marriages. The Lone Star is a cultural landmark in SoMa you simply cannot miss, and well worth its weight in bear hugs.

Long known as an establishment that has helped invent the concept of a ‘cruise bar,’ the Powerhouse has been under its current management since 1997.  Never needing a definition for style, whether you’re Leather, Levi’s, Cruise, Gym Boy, Skater, Punk or anything in between, you’ll find common ground, sexy videos, the smell of men, and a very friendly crowd of people much like yourself to discover.

Mr-S-Leather is a specialty, erotic leather goods manufacturer and retailer, specializing in hand-crafted leather gear, bondage gear, and clothing for kinky people of all varieties.  Often considered a destination, all by itself, people come from all parts of the Earth to experience the selection of gear and truly exceptional customer service that you won’t find anywhere else.

The Stud Bar opened its doors in 1966, making it the oldest queer bar still operating in San Francisco. Located at 399 9th Street on the corner of Harrison, the Stud is owned and operated by an 17-person worker-owner cooperative that took the business over in 2016. From serving drinks to hosting drag shows, Stud Collective members do it all!

The SF Citadel is a safe space for alternative lifestyles, cultural and events for the leather community and subculture. The SF Citadel also provides other resources to individuals, associations and communities who have modes of expression that transcend customary forms. The goal of the SF Citadel is to create safe places to meet, explore and share enjoyment, happiness, laughter and pleasure within the local community and nation-wide.
